At Peptides Canada, our mission is to provide laboratories and independent researchers with the highest-quality reference peptides available anywhere. We believe quality control is not a marketing claim — it is a paper trail. Every lot we ship is backed by HPLC chromatograms and mass-spectrometry data we are willing to send you on request.
Where every vial is made
Synthesis happens entirely inside our United States facility. Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) is performed under controlled humidity and temperature, deprotection and cleavage are run with fresh reagent batches, and crude product is purified by multiple rounds of preparative reverse-phase HPLC. Once a lot meets the >99% purity threshold, the peptide is shell-frozen and lyophilized into a fluffy white cake, the standard format expected in research applications.
The QC pipeline behind every lot
- Identity. Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight of the eluting peak matches the theoretical mass of the target sequence within tolerance.
- Purity. Analytical RP-HPLC integrates the area of the target peak versus all detectable impurities. We accept lots only above 99.0%.
- Endotoxin / appearance. Visual inspection of the lyophilized cake, color, and reconstitution clarity. Any lot that fails resolves into a clear, colorless solution is rejected.
- Lot release. A unique lot number is assigned and the COA is filed. Customers can request the COA at any time by quoting their order number.
Custom synthesis
We synthesize any peptide sequence on request — from short tripeptides up to larger fragments around 50 residues. Send us the sequence, the quantity (typical 5 mg, 10 mg, 25 mg, 100 mg, 1 g) and the purity grade you need (95%, 98%, >99%) and our team will quote within one business day.
