Cold-chain packaging
Every order is packed in an insulated foam mailer with one or more frozen gel packs. Lyophilized peptides are inherently stable at room temperature for short transit windows, but we cold-pack as a quality safeguard, especially during summer months. Outer packaging is plain corrugated cardboard with a Canada Post shipping label and no exterior product references.
Dispatch schedule
- Orders with payment confirmed before 2:00pm CST ship the same business day.
- Orders confirmed after the cutoff or on a weekend ship the next business day.
- You receive an email with Canada Post tracking the moment the label is generated.
Address changes
Reply to your order-confirmation email before the dispatch confirmation arrives and we will update the shipping address at no charge. Once the package is in the mail stream the address is fixed by Canada Post.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. International researchers should contact us to discuss freight forwarding.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
Canada Post Priority is reliable but not perfect. If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Take dated photos of the outer packaging and any damaged contents before opening anything further.
- Email sales@peptides-canada.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and the photos.
- We open a Canada Post claim and ship a replacement at no charge once the issue is verified.
Signature requirement
Signature is not required for orders under $200; signature on delivery is added automatically for orders $500 or more. If you prefer signature on a smaller order, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
