Ordering & Account
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order-confirmation email with payment instructions; once payment is confirmed your order ships same or next business day.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you re-order quickly and view your order history.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Reply to the order-confirmation email immediately and we will update or cancel.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order amount is required.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — every product page shows a Discount per Quantity table. Buy 5–9 units of the same product for 5% off, or 10+ for 10% off. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. For larger custom quotes see the bulk-orders page.
Shipping
How fast is shipping?
Tracked USPS Priority delivery in 2–5 business days inside the United States. We dispatch same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — orders over $200 ship free via USPS Priority. Otherwise it is $10 regular (2–5 business days) or $35 overnight (next business day).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.
Is the package discreet?
Yes. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded; there is no exterior product reference.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email support within 14 days of the delivery date with photos of the packaging. We replace verified damaged or lost shipments at no charge.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay (via secure invoice link), and Bitcoin / USDT (TRC-20). After placing your order you receive payment instructions by email.
Why don't you accept credit cards directly?
Card networks restrict research-chemical merchants. Manual gateways keep fees lower for you and processing simpler for us.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Zelle, Cash App and Chime usually clear within minutes. Crypto typically clears within one block confirmation.
Can I pay later?
No — orders ship only after payment is confirmed.
Storage & Reconstitution
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Keep the sealed vial at -20°C or below for long-term stability. At -20°C most peptides are stable for 24+ months.
How should I store reconstituted peptides?
Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe appropriate for that compound (typically 2–4 weeks for most peptides). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
What should I reconstitute with?
Bacteriostatic water is the most common solvent for laboratory work. See the reconstitution guide for worked examples per peptide class.
Can I refreeze a reconstituted vial?
Repeated freeze/thaw cycles degrade most peptides. If long-term storage is needed, aliquot the reconstituted solution into single-use volumes before freezing.
Quality & COA
How is purity verified?
Analytical RP-HPLC integrates the target peak vs. impurities; we release lots only above 99% target purity. Mass spectrometry confirms identity.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. COAs are available on request — email support with your order number and the lot you would like documentation for.
Is testing done in-house or third-party?
Both. Every lot is tested in-house and randomly cross-verified by an independent third-party lab.
What does a typical COA include?
Lot number, manufacture date, retest date, HPLC chromatogram with %purity, MS spectrum, appearance, and a release signature.
Legal
Are these products safe for human use?
No. Every product on this site is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only — not for human consumption, medical treatment, veterinary use, or therapeutic use.
Do I need a license to order?
No license is required for the research-grade compounds listed on this site for laboratory research use within the United States. Buyers are responsible for compliance with their own local regulations.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Unopened, unused product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Email support to initiate.
